Hello again,

Thanks for the quick update in the last issue. It seems however something is broken.

use of the namespace Util:

saml2/src/SAML2/HTTPArtifact.php

Line 12 in 5a8a013

use SimpleSAML\Utils;

Seems to conflict with the class:
