I think some documentation regarding Konstantin's sinatra-namespace extension would be a welcome addition!

Thoughts?

Yeah, maybe even as part of a bigger section about structuring you app code (like using a Rack router in front of multiple Sinatra apps, app inheritance, shared helpers, ...).

Agreed, I've setup a more general issue to cover creating a new chapter for "organizing your application" on issue #29.
