“Is Device Moving” errors out at 29 seconds

The “Is Device Moving” action times out with an error and aborts if the Timeout is set to 29 seconds or higher. The documentation states that the max is 30 seconds.

I seem to run this Action reliably with a setting of 28 seconds.
