Option to not reload on wakeup

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I put my computer to sleep, and when I woke it back up, the page I had open reloaded. I use Plash to run a website that has windowing features and such - losing the state of it upon closing my computer kinda sucks. I understand that this is intentional, since things can change without having networks and so on, but I feel that some people don't want that.

Option to disable the reload-on-sleep thingy.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N/A. I don't really see an alternative here other than "don't use plash" or "close everything I have open before my computer goes to sleep" (not a very ideal solution...?)
