Add command that removes all prefixes

It would be helpful to add a command for cleaning/removing prefixes. Then, when typing cmd-shift-p we'd see:
- Autoprefixer
- Autoprefixer: Remove prefixes

Yeah, could be useful. I think the commands should then be:
- Autoprefixer: Prefix
- Autoprefixer: Remove prefixes
