Catalog flag support was randomly removed in this PR "fixing circleci" and released in ~~0.0.63~~ 0.0.62, breaking our ETL jobs.

Could you just stay on ~~0.0.62~~ 0.0.61?

Yea, we reverted back to 0.0.61, so no urgency in this one.
