Consider integrating stoplight documentation into this repo

Currently, all of our documentation for OGE is held in a separate, private github repo. This made it easier to initially set up with the stoplight platform, but makes it harder to keep the documentation updated when we make changes to the main repo. We should consider adding all of our documentation to this repo.
