Ring of Arcana flight disables.

Exact ProjectE version: ProjectE-1.20.1-PE1.0.1
Exact Forge version: 47.3.0
Link to crash log: Game did not crash
Steps to reproduce: Get the ring of arcana, change items in hand.
What I expected to happen: Fly with the ring of arcana and swiftwolf's rending gale. (I had a fully charged Klein Star Ein in my inventory. Afterwards i tried it in the klein star slot from curios. Still not flying.)
What happened instead: Fly disabled after switching item in hand and afterwards i could not activate fly again.
