does Jutul depend on MultiComponentFlash?

hi,
as far as i'm aware, MultiComponentFlash.jl is a direct dependency of Jutul.jl

Indeed, I think this is a remnant from when Jutul and JutulDarcy were split into separate packs. Thanks for spotting it - will remove the dep for next release.
