Minimal example of SinzLab use-case

Let us keep nnfabrik as generic as possible but also encourage unity of approach among neuroscience labs.
What needs to be done?
- new example of dataset, model, and trainer functions
- a new notebook of showing how to use the functions
- change of readme to point to this use-case which we would encourage computational neuroscience labs to follow
@KonstantinWilleke @ArneNx I remember earlier we said nnfabrik does not depend on mlutils. But with this example we would depend on mlutils, right? (Maybe you guys talked about it when my internet got disconnected?)
Update:
I think the issue of mlutils dependency will be resolved by having the real-world example in an external repo, right?
The minimal (toy-)example functions are included in PR #83
Yes, based on what we discussed yesterday. Although I would still keep this issue open to be reminded to do that, and close it once that repo is created and functioning.
I think we also have to check/ update the toy-example notebook
