hey, is it possible to get a sip trace of a call by using an api request per lets say uuid of the call?

Yes, just like any API. Just take a read at the in-skin documentation from the admin section of the UI, and you will see how. Alternatively, use the UI and observe the request, which you can also paste out as a CURL command, etc directly from Chrome.
