Homer7 sometimes don´t collect media stream info

Hi, in our SIP stack, we have opensips instance pushing data to homer7. Most of the SIP logs are collected. But sometimes,
we are missing media stream info. It is just not visible in the UI.
There is not any error log in opensips, homer7 or psql.
When a problem occurs, restarting of heplify-server docker container helps but it will become a problem randomly after some time.
Homer always report logs such as this:
2023/11/27 09:53:09.400239 server.go:297: INFO stats since last 5 minutes. PPS: 78, HEP: 23479, Filtered: 0, Error: 0
2023/11/27 09:58:09.400653 server.go:297: INFO stats since last 5 minutes. PPS: 79, HEP: 23814, Filtered: 0, Error: 0
