Revaluate MinFlt/s and MajFlt/s values in -r option

minflt/s and majflt/s column values for -r option seems to be different than the pidstat -r output.

It seems calculation of minflt/s and majflt/s are correct already. The situation is if we run pidstat for a single sample these values are significant but for multiple samples, pcp-pidstat and pidstat shows the similar output.
