CGI changes are sometimes unavoidable, especially if you're near the edge of a cell's coverage area.

Implement a CGI whitelist that will suppress alerts for CGI changes if they involve a whitelisted CGI.

Enrichment still proceeds as before, this just prevents alerting as the GSM radio associates with known good CGIs.

This is not a required configuration item.

Environment variable looks like this:

MCC:MNC:LAC:CELLID and is comma-separated. For instance:
