Adjustments for FluidEmail in TYPO3 10

Some changes were made to the ViewHelpers in TYPO3 10 to be able to use them in email templates. These changes should be brought to the drop-in replacements of this extension as well:

This should work as-is because the ViewHelper falls back if no responsive options are used.
