Can't enable browser push notifications?

I haven't had this issue with other similar services/competitors to your app (Franz, Rambox, etc.), but for some reason on some sites I can't enable browser push notifications. Why?

Side note: My trial is ending in 1 day too, and I sent an email yesterday to the support email on your website about a couple questions/features. Before I make the purchase, I wanted to get some insight if possible. This relates to one of them. Thanks
