Warnings even when silent=True

Hi there,

Thanks for this excellent tool!
I'm getting warning messages on get_parse even when silent=True.

> page = wptools.page(wikibase="Q858784", silent=True)
> page.get()

Note: Wikidata item Q858784 missing 'instance of' (P31)

Thanks for this package. I just wanted to check whether there's a fix provided for this yet or not?
