Can yii2-charts handle a resize event?

Most of Yii2 widgets is based on Bootstrap3 responsive design, but Google doesn't have a mind to add responsive feature to their charts API. google/google-visualization-issues#1056 (I also agree that to be free from browser behavior is better design...)
