Should investigate the pipeline of upgradeable contracts on sChain within skale infrastructure:
- Generate config with upgradeable predeployed contract
- Who will be able to upgrade?
- How to upgrade them through skale-node infrastructure?
- Develop tool for filestorage upgrade
