Hi, I just completed the purchase and can neither login nor start reading the book. There seems to be some kind of issue with the user accounting. Can you please advise.

Also I find it a bit problematic that there is no support email address and I need to do this in public on a Github Issue :(

I enjoy the content a lot.

Seems to be resolved now. Maybe cache...not sure.
