Add `missingLibraryFontAcknowledged` to `MSForeignSymbol` and `MSForeignTextStyle`

MSForeignTextStyle and MSForeignSymbol have both gained a Boolean property missingLibraryFontAcknowledged. This change is part of #29224 (targeting develop) and was added in this commit.

Just making a note for whoever picks this up, there are workflow steps here.

Note especially step 3, updating Sketch itself with the semver of the new file format version released as a result of this ticket.
