get following error:

Upload failed
HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request

Thanks for the report.
As the error suggests, the request is not valid. Does it occur with all uploads ?
I will test it with Unity 2017.3p3 and try to reproduce.

The issue for me was that I had not confirmed my email.
