Navigates to Error page when click instructor link on lessons page

Problem
When the instructor link is clicked from the lessons page, it first directs to the page where it shows an Error image. Browser refresh is required in order to redirect to the correct URL for the instructor.
I could reproduce this bug in safari as well but have not tried it in other browser environments.
