Add Honeybadger for tracking errors

In #699, @joelhooks suggested adding Honeybadger to egghead-next. This would allow us to do more fine-grained tracking of errors that occur during runtime.
Prerequisite:
- Set up a new Honeybadger project within the egghead honeybadger account.
