Надо бы добавить еще PersistentKeepalive = 25 в конфигурацию файлов скрипта.

Wireguard in docker uses SYS_MODULE and volumes from host with libraries /lib/modules anyway, so for working they together wgtb just need to be packed in another container too. As I understood the topic starter, this is exactly what was meant, correct me if I made a mistake reading the title.
