RunConfigurations converted from v1alpha4 cannot be deleted

metadata.finalizers is set in v1alpha4 but not removed in v1alpha5.
- The finalizer is not necessary anymore and should now be removed if found.
- Also, stop reconciliation if the resource is scheduled for deletion.
