Feature description
Migrate to new .img.xz Armbian format instead of current .7z format.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Previously, Armbian was distributed in a .7z format which is already deprecated for a while, however, used by Skybian. Now, Armbian is distributed in .img.xz format.

Adapt code base for .img.xz format
