Version 1.17.2 can be referenced normally

Since version 1.17.2, there have been issues with referencing and Commitment cannot be used properly.
And from the. jar file, it was found that Commitment.class has a small icon for 01.

After testing, this issue occurred from 1.17.5 to 1.19.2
