Following the JAST 404 audit, @jm-carolinah identified links in the page: https://skytap.github.io/well-architected-framework/resiliency/ibmi-disaster-recovery had errors.
Verify the updated links @jm-carolinah has in the Audit doc are in the committed branch pre-merge as part of the Merge to master review cycle.

@jm-carolinah - i think i want to update the permalink name for this one - but i'll open a new issue for that. for the purposes of this task - this looks good.
