Add ability to copy release file download link

I want to use a different downloader, so I'd like to be able to copy the download URL for a file. This could be implemented by holding down on the file, or adding a copy link button.

There are two asset download link forms:

• A permanent one that is a redirect to the temporary one: https://github.com/WerWolv/ImHex/releases/download/v1.27.1/imhex-1.27.1-ArchLinux-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
• A temporary one: https://objects.githubusercontent.com/github-production-release-asset-2e65be/311683390/0f20fa2d-8b52-4cb4-a8bb-e409e07a6e1b? (truncated for brevity)

The permanent one is permanent, relatively short, and is easy to construct, but does not work for private repositories. The temporary one is temporary, long, and requires an HTTP request to construct, but works for private repositories. Should I use the permanent or temporary one?

In my opinion, it makes a lot more sense to use the permanent one, as you likely want to use the copy function for sharing the link to others.
