Filter by doctor type: add pediatrician

We should change controls for doctor type selector to have 4 options:

  1. GP - Družinski zdravnik
  2. Pediatrician - Pediater
  3. Dentist - Zobozdravnik
  4. Gynecologist - Ginekolog

We should offer selection of sub-type (Adults/Youth/Students) only for Dentists

For Pediatrician use existing Youth icon
