Bring back custom client hello (hex string field)

This feature was removed in https://github.com/sleeyax/burp-awesome-tls/releases/tag/v1.2.0 in favor of the more advanced intercept proxy. A handful of people have suggested adding it back because it's more lightweight, sharable and enables easier access to applying custom fingerprints.
