tl;dr;
type <v-c trigger code complation -> <v-click>, etc.
add windi language server, type <div class="| -> trigger complation -> open windi complation.

Just found vuejs/language-tools#4321 can almost achieve this effect. Following the guide for VitePress in that PR, we can even have type information inside Markdown file:
