Can't get image uploading to work.

Describe the bug
I can't get the image uploading to work no matter what i try. i've tried looking at older issues and using those possible solutions but no dice. everything else is working as it should.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
start musicbee with discordbee plugin enabled
follow instructions in readme
check error log
See error
Expected behavior
images to be uploaded to imgur and be shown in the discord rich presence

Additional context
the imgur uploader health status is "false" even after refresh
Have you made sure that your firewall isn't blocking the plugin/MusicBee?
it is not being blocked by my firewall or by malwarebytes, windows defender has been turned off completely.
