Update to webpack 3

It would be great if you update webpack.config.js to latest webpack version (v3).

@AlbertRAR that's something I would definitely like to do in the future, but with my current schedule I most likely wont get to it for another couple of months. If you were willing to try upgrading webpack and submit a PR I would be more than glad to help!
