Forbidden delegation type users remain logged in, preventing login with another user

After we detect forbidden delegation type, we should not only reject login to our application, but give user possibility to log out from ÚPVS as well.
Either we logout user from ÚPVS automatically or we give user logout option in modal notifying user about failed login (because of delegationType)
