Base rules are defined on this page: https://dev.einvoice.mfsr.sk/invoiceDocumentation/formValidations
We need to define:
- required fields
- when fields are required - for example list of payment mean codes when bank account is required
- regex expressions for mobile phone, mail, ...
- descriptions with translations
- other validations
