Think about a configuration for the METS/MODS to TEI mapping

Right now, the mapping from METS/MODS to TEI is hard-coded (e.g. mods:title → tei:title[@type="main"]).
@henning-gerhardt proposes the implementation of some configuration mechanism for the mapping of the single elements.
