Permission denied when updating git submodules, because of SSH URLs

In .gitmodules _modules/ocrd_manager and _modules/ocrd_controller have SSH URLs. This causes permission denied errors when trying to update them and no SSH key is registered for GitHub

Thx have changed the urls.
