Support options for *latex command

Some tools like minted and pygmentize which require -shell-escape option. Is there a way to pass options?

At the moment, the ht-latex script does not pass arguments to latex. I guess, it could be easily added. What else beside -shell-escape would be useful?

I don't have an idea at present, but I think it's better to provide a way to let users pass options in. Maybe you want to add a specific option for -shell-escape only?
