Half hourly/daily data: do we need the 'inventory' fields?

If we have an inventory file with these per PUPRN we would save a lot of redundant data columns in the half hourly data. In general anything that is constant over all rows per PPURN should not go in the half-hourly (or daily) data files - it should go in a separate 'inventory' look-up table?
