Describe the bug
VRF Security Considerations page has a self-linking callout at the top that should be removed:
Consuming Data Feeds needs a proper title set for the callout in this section:
To Reproduce
VRF Security Considerations - click the "security considerations" link within the callout, and it links to the same page. This callout makes more sense for other pages to link to this page.
