[Bug]: Limited left-navigation scrolling on mobile.

Describe the bug

On mobile, the left navigation is only allowed to scroll partially down the list of pages.

To Reproduce

  1. Open a mobile browser window and navigate to docs.chain.link
  2. Click "Menu"
  3. Select a service section
  4. Click "Menu" again
  5. Try scrolling

Ability to scroll through the full list of pages.
