U-boot freezed during boot with the Sense-HAT extension.

In this branch, we pursue our convergence towards unified code base with SO3 specifically.
Now, agency is moved to linux which ontains linux/ (kernel), usr/ and rootfs/.
ME/ directory contains only script and generated files related to MEs while the so3 tree is moved to the root.
