Keyboard accessibility gets stuck on rating component.

I am using v1.3.1 and i cannot update it to latest due to old react version.
When i am navigating with keyboard on the page using the TAB key, the keyboard focus gets stuck on the this react rating component. I am also not able to navigate back, it just gets stuck. Is there any possible solution for this version?
