Benchmarks shouldn't require patched json-stream

Benchmarks currently require the patched json-stream from daggaz/json-stream#17 but this is stupid and makes things needlessly complicated.

While this hasn't been merged, I should put it in a separate package on PyPI so it can be a regular dependency part of the benchmark extra.
