Preheat Reset PROBLEM

I am having a very similar issue on an Ender 3 V2, with v4.2.2 board with Jyers v2.0. During preheat (warm-up) the prints sliced with either Creality Slicer or Prusa Slicer will fail. However, after starting the print and quickly moving into the tuning screen causes the print to continue. Going back to the print screen will cause the print to fail again. Staying in the tuning screen allows the print to continue. I don't know if this is an issue with the STL, slicer or printer firmware.
Is there a print log anywhere?
I have the same problem that all of a sudden the print makes a reset in the middle of it! But not with all files.
