Silently overwrites other data in 'Extras' field

Extras seems to have become an ad-hoc container for other items (e.g. Pub Med Id == PMID: ...).

It would be nice to have the option to append ZSC: ... to Extras.

In the short term I think the docs should provide a warning that Extras will be overwritten.
