Fastfile finding is case sensitive

On the MacOS (APFS file system) the extension didn't worked because of the case sensitive search of the "Fastfile". In this case renaming from the "fastfile" to the "Fastfile" fixed the issue. It would be nice if there is any log of reason why the extension is not working.
