Improve unathorized actions

Once the user gets a 401 especially at a point of fetching their information e.g /platforms, they should be logged out of the system so they can log back in and get a valid cookie. Currently the system displays an error but does not solve the issue as without a valid cookie session user cannot log out and thus is stuck

If user does not have a cookie session, they should be logged out of system (e.g I can delete my cookies but still remain in my dashboard page)
